It's rare that you hear anything about Detroit film, after all, films that supposedly take place in Detroit are usually shot in Toronto. Even so, there are some people doing some interesting things right in the city. InZer0 is a 12 episode sci-fi project being filmed in Detroit over the course of a year. Last weekend they had a fundraiser / zombie fashion show at the Hastings Ballroom in which all completed episodes were being played in a lounge area. Interesting stuff; hopefully it'll all be put out on DVD.
