Metropolitan Building
We stumbled upon the Metropolitan Building somewhat on accident. Attempting to get into a different building, when we saw the Metro freshly opened, we launched Plan B and went inside.

Rehabbing efforts began years ago, but stopped. The building is somewhat unremarkable from the inside, and isn't much to look at. Most of the things that make these buildings interesting had already been stripped.

People were all around downtown due to the football game and something happening at the Opera House. Plenty of Slow Walkers around, constantly coming into sight each time as we got close to climbing through what used to be a window.

Broken skylights and a leaky roof has lead to a great deal of water damage on the top couple floors.

The nice thing about the Metropolitan has much less to do with the building itself, and more to do with the great view of the city from the roof.
